There are five condominium complexes on Molokai:

Molokai.
Molokai Shores is on the south side one mile east
of the main town of Kaunakakai.

Condominiums - Paniolo Hale
Paniolo Hale is Hawaiian for "House
of the Cowboys. There are 77 townhouse style units on 8.75 acres
of mature tropical landscaping with two bedroom, one bedroom
and studio units available. Each unit has oak hardwood flooring,
ceiling fans, plenty of storage space and a large kitchen with
lots of countertop space. The screened in lanais have bi-fold
doors that allow maximum enjoyment of the views outside.
Make Horse Beach is a short walk from the complex and is the
site Hollywood chose to shoot the "Pirates of the Caribbean"
movie in February 2007.The infamous winter surf spot Kepuhi
